Solo Lighting and Sound ceased to trade in February 2010 Their websites: www.solotechnic.co.uk and www.lifeismusic.co.uk have been taken over by Blue Aran Ltd, a Sound and Lighting Supplier based in Southampton, UK. We have been trading since 1995 and are a well established retailer offering a wide variety of products related to the sound and lighting industry as well as audio, visual and electrical products. We aim to offer the best possible service and the most competetive pricing. The new SoloTechnic website will offer a similar range of products as before, however it may look a little different, for starters we will be providing LIVE online stock information wherever possible. Previous SoloTechnic customers will need to register on the website again as due to the data protection act we do not have access to any personal details previously held by Solo Lighting and Sound Ltd. If you have bought something from Solotechnic in the past and are having problems with it please contact us, we will do our best to help you and in most cases we will be able offer you complete warranty service providing you have purchased the item within the last 12 months and have a proof of purchase. If you've bought from Solotechnic in the past, but now can't find the same product, this may be because we haven't yet finished uploading all the relevant product data. Please call us for help and we'll get your product data uploaded as quickly as possible. Price Changed? Many product prices have changed, for a variety of reasons, in some cases manufacturers have implemented price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations and increased production costs. If you've bought products from Solotechnic before, and have found a significant price increase, please call us and we'll get someone to check the prices for you, and if possible match the original price you paid. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 provides extra legal protection when you buy goods or services costing £100 or more on your credit card. The credit card company is jointly responsible with the supplier if the goods are faulty or misdescribed or the service you receive doesn't come up to scratch. It allows you to claim against the credit card company if the supplier has gone bankrupt. The protection only applies to credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. You should contact your credit card company and request a refund. For any other enquries we suggest you contact the liquidators who may be able to offer some assistance. |

Our Warehouse and Office is open 10:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. On Saturdays our Warehouse is open for collections from our Trade Counter and for hire bookings. We do not currently have any sales or support staff working on Saturdays. Our opening hours on Saturdays are currently 11:00am to 3:00pm | |||
